They have all been tailor-trained to meet our core mission, maintaining global communication with your previous trainers to secure and stick to the principles agreed in your bespoke training plan. Whether you are looking to reduce your body fat or increase your muscle mass, reduce your likelihood of injury or increase your mobility, Fitness Wings will adapt to achieve these aims.

1-1 Training

We offer 1-1 training which can be delivered worldwide, whether that be as part of your day to day fitness regime or a tailored plan for more remote locations that may offer you different types of training.

Our personal trainers offer online coaching with regular check ins. Working with our nutritionists they provide you with an easy plan to follow to ensure maximum results.

We offer ready made at home and gym training plans to follow, these will provide you with the basic techniques and knowledge in order to hit goals.
