Pre and Post-Natal
- Fitness Wings can offer a pre and post-natal PT experience that through a low-intensity regime can be geared towards a client’s consistent fitness and strength level.
- Activities during this life-changing time may include walking, swimming, stationary cycling, yoga, and racquet sports.
- Our post-natal training can be designed with relaxation and personal space in mind.

Extreme Sports
- Fitness Wings realise our clients may travel with sports in mind and just like them we have trainers who are just as sporty and enthusiastic!
- With prior consultation Fitness Wings can create training plans that will expand a client’s sporting horizons, whether this be for skiing, mountaineering, hiking, cycling……. just name it!
- We can tailor training regimes to improve performance in any named sport. Fitness Wings will make sure our clients are fit and ready for any of their favourite pastimes.
Altitude and Hypoxic Training
- Subject to location, Fitness Wings can provide altitude training. Altitude training aspires to high performance and stamina, ensuring your body is working in the most-efficient way possible.
- Our personal trainers will push you in low-oxygen environments according to your personal fitness levels, to improve your capabilities more quickly for when you return to the real-world!
